Data Visibility

Asset data will be available for a product if the asset in TAB matches the following criteria:

  • asset is related to a PIMID (asset has a product GTIN)
  • asset is available to the requested country or global
  • asset is available to the requested retailer or all retailers
  • current date is after the asset start distribution date
  • asset status is active
  • asset is not requested for delete
  • asset is not deleted
  • asset is not archived
  • same as created for = 'yes'
  • asset for distribution = 'yes'
